TYLER HAS BEEN A PERSONAL TRAINER FOR OVER 15 YEARS. HE’S WORKED ACROSS THE COUNTRY FOR NEARLY EVERY MAJOR GYM BRAND AND SPENT A NUMBER OF YEARS AT HIGH-END PRIVATE GYMS IN NYC. MOST IMPORTANTLY, EACH PHASE OF HIS CAREER HAS BEEN A FULL SCALE INVESTMENT ON EVERY LEVEL TO OFFER THE BEST TRAINING EXPERIENCE POSSIBLE. THIS INCLUDES THOUSANDS OF HOURS PROCESSING SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH, LEARNING FROM AND COLLABORATING WITH TOP EDUCATORS AND PUTTING IT INTO PRACTICE WITH HIMSELF AND HIS CLIENTS.

Lauren became an operator at an early age, working in her parents’ clothing stores and running her own pop-up shops throughout high school and college.
She holds an MBA and has spent the last 10 years working with founders in hospitality and emerging technology.
Building Paragon alongside Tyler and helping bring his dream to life has been the highlight of her career.

Ashton Rogers is a dedicated and experienced personal trainer with a deep-rooted passion for helping others transform their lives through strength, discipline, and sustainable habits.
Ashton combines certified expertise in resistance training, nutritional structure, and coaching to deliver results-driven programs tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.
As an evidence-based coach, Ashton focuses on what actually works — not trends or shortcuts. His approach is rooted in proven methods, science-backed strategies, and real-world experience.
Whether training in person or coaching online, Ashton is committed to making every session purposeful, progressive, and empowering.
Trainer Education
Work with Tyler one-on-one to learn how to build and modify exercises to maximize results for your clients and yourself. This educational course lasts five days and takes place at Paragon HQ.
